Flooring installation FAQs
What flooring types do you install in Broward homes?
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, engineered hardwood, porcelain and ceramic tile, and transitions or trim work that goes with them. Waterproof LVP and porcelain tile are the most common choices in South Florida because of humidity and slab-on-grade construction.
Do you remove and dispose of the old flooring?
Yes. Tear-out of carpet, tile, or old plank flooring and haul-away can be included in your scope. Tell the assistant what is on the floor now so it is reflected in your estimate.
How do you handle uneven concrete slabs?
We check the slab for flatness and moisture before install and use self-leveling compound or patching where the subfloor is out of tolerance. Slab prep is quoted after the on-site check, not guessed at over the phone.
How long does a typical installation take?
Most single rooms are a one-day job. Whole-home installs generally run several days depending on square footage, tear-out, slab prep, and tile cure times. Your technician confirms the schedule before work begins.
Do you work in condos and HOA buildings?
Yes. Many Broward buildings require an underlayment with a minimum sound rating and set work-hour windows. Let us know your building rules and we will plan the install to match them.
How do I get an estimate?
Use the assistant on any page. It collects your contact and job details, checks calendar availability, and routes the request through our central dispatch team. You can also call (954) 708-6930.
